STEP 4 - TAKE THE PHOTO

We will use a photo to verify your heater has been disabled. Confirm the cut cord and serial number are both clearly visible in the photo you are about to take.

Refer to the image on the left for the ideal way to take the photo.

IMPORTANT: Do not discard your disabled product until you have received confirmation of your Recall Remedy from Vornado.
